Additional house rules

📋 Important House Rules & Fee Policy Please review these essential guidelines carefully to ensure a safe stay and avoid any penalty charges: * No Smoking ($1,000 Fine): Smoking of any kind—including tobacco, vaping, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited indoors. Violating this policy will result in an immediate $1,000 fine. * No Parties ($500 Fine): Parties and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Unauthorized events will result in a $500 fine. * No Eating in Beds: To maintain cleanliness, eating in any of the beds is strictly prohibited. * Lockout & Key Replacement Fee ($40): A $40 fee applies for any lockouts or lost keys requiring assistance. * Unauthorized Pets ($500 Fee): Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 specialized cleaning fee. ## 💦 Strict Hot Tub Safety & Care * No Children Allowed: The hot tub is an adult relaxation space and is not a play area for children. Because hot tub temperatures can cause rapid overheating and hyperthermia in children, anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited from entering for safety reasons. * Mandatory Shower Before Entry ($200 Cleaning Fee): Please rinse off completely before using the hot tub. Bringing excessive beach sand, body lotions, sunscreens, or bug sprays into the water degrades the filtration system. If the hot tub requires a specialized drain and clean due to sand or debris, a $200 cleaning charge will be billed to your account.
